How to do it (campfire / BBQ / hot plate)
- Assemble skewers: Thread peach → halloumi → prosciutto (folded) → repeat.
- Oil lightly & pepper: Brush with olive oil, crack pepper over the top.
- Cook: Grill on BBQ or camp plate, turning until halloumi is golden and peaches are caramelised.
- Finish: Squeeze lemon over or drizzle balsamic glaze.
